During early summer, our VP of Projects interviews potential business partners and selects around nine projects to undertake for the year. Clients have the freedom to set project goals and will consistently meet with their Enactus team to ensure that expectations have been met. Services offered are specifically tailored to each individual business based on their background, finances, segments, and vision

Our recruitment efforts in the beginning of the fall tend to result in a high number of candidates and we select Project Consultants based on an application and interviews. Our members undergo training from professionals in the industry at each General Body Meeting to develop their skills in entrepreneurship, creativity, and problem solving

Our teams devote a substantial amount of time every week working on tasks that align with their clients’ needs. Members of the Executive Board conduct check-ins with Project Leaders and Senior Consultants after each General Body Meeting to ensure that teams are on track

Clients are invited to end-of-semester presentations by project teams showcasing their accomplishments and ongoing initiatives. Members of our Business Advisory Board serve as judges to provide feedback to teams and recommendations to clients
